I was trained in Integrated Psychotherapy, Transpersonal Art Therapy, Counselling, Life coaching, and many other New-Aged teachings. Even though I was trained in New-aged self-help thinking for Decades, I realized that many New-aged ways are deceiving and our mental health and inner peace can come to a halt because of them. My sessions are usually 90 min.

We conducting it over zoom or skype without losing quality in the therapeutics of counseling. I love working online it actually seems to speed up the work we do. I give you 90 min for your sessions to take the pressure off and give you enough time to explore.
By raising your awareness around your thinking you are raising the possibility of shifting from old to new. This is the best way I know to get through relationship difficulties with ourselves first and eventually, others. This process may prove to be the best thing you ever do for yourself and your partners you would like to build a better relationship.

I also have personal and professional experience with ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia challenges as well as Narcissistic programming.

We may use Expressive Materials Art Therapy and Transpersonal Counselling to look behind the fixed thinking. They are all custom-selected for you to explore your journey. I am here for you to fall in love with your life and find joy. I may guide you to use sand, crayon, list writing, or dreamwork. It can be intensive work to get to the shift but I usually find laughter can add to the healing. You may even use the Neuro Light, a sort of meditation under the light. I believe we all have metaphysical programming which I can pinpoint with you and if you are interested – shift.
